PLATO Week 9 is hosted by the Management School of Marseille. Please read carefully the following guidelines.

  • Wifi is available everywhere in the school through the open network: EMD-Visiteurs. Please fill the form that will pop up in your navigator, with your name and email.
  • Do not connect more than one device at the time to the EMD wifi.
  • Feel free to interact and share your managment experience with the students of the EMD.
  • Please avoid to make noise in the corridors and stairs so as not to disturb students' classes.
  • It is forbiden to eat and drink coffee, tea or juice in the meeting rooms or corridors.
  • To spare paper, we didn’t print the program. It is provided on the PW#9 website but some printed copies are available in the splinters rooms.  
  • A summary of the splinters with the rooms name and their location is summarized at the back of your badge. Please check. In case of problem, please contact someone from the LOC (green label on badge).
  • Most of the splinters rooms are on the 1st floor but Côte d’Ivoire (3rd floor) and the Auditorium (level -1).
  • Coffee breaks will take place on the Mezzanine (intermediate ground floor). The courtyard will be also accessible (and shared with students).
  • It is forbiden to smoke (including e-cigarets) within the building. Smoking is only allowed in the courtyard. Smoking is prohibited on the rooftop.
  • Lunches will take place on the rooftop terrasse on the 5th floor unless the weather doesn’t allow it. In that case, it will be on the Mezzanine and you will be warned of this change during the morning coffee break. Check it out.
  • To access the rooftop terrasse there is only one elevator (8 people max). We encourage you to use the stairs.
  • Please do not open the windows if the air-conditioning or the heater are turned on.
  • Projectors use HDMI cables.

PLATO week 9 is eco-friendly / earth-friendly.

  • Please recycle your coffee cup & lunch dishes in the corresponding bin.
  • When you leave, please return your badge to the recycling box.
